Marta Gawinek-Dagargulia

is a trainer of intercultural communication and manager of international projects with 15 years experience in managing and coordinating multicultural teams. She is author of publications and textbooks on intercultural communication, effective teamwork and dialogue. She has worked in the Caucasus, Central Asia, Europe and North Africa (including UNHCR, UNDP, People in Need). She speaks fluent English, German, Russian, Georgian and Spanish.
