Dual-path training

This is a means of training that allows people to continue working in a government office, even as they raise their levels of qualification and skill.

The pillars of this programme of training are:

  • the public-service ethos,
  • analytical skill,
  • strategic management.

We offer unique opportunities for people to acquire further competences and skills; as well as use knowledge in law, economics and policymaking by way of a case-studies method that faces up to such challenges as the digital transformation and AI, innovation and crisis, as well as the changing international situation.

Graduates in receipt of the KSAP Diploma:

  • gain a right to be nominated within the Civil Service (to acquire the status of Official),
  • have their managerial competences attested to,
  • have a recognised Certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language.

Adressees

Dual-path training is on offer to all employees working in the Civil Service, or otherwise in the offices of the administration and state, irrespective of age; where those involved appreciate the idea of public service, and have the ambition and predispositions to discharge functions and hold posts associated with leadership.
